Rob Tull is a water resource engineer with CH2MHILL in Sacramento.  He has 18 years of experience in environmental engineering with a focus on water resources management, engineering, and modeling. He has conducted modeling efforts for a number environmental documents including the Central Valley Project Improvement Act (CVPIA) Programmatic EIS, Trinity River Mainstream Fisheries Restoration, Freeport Regional Water Project, and Central Valley Project (CVP) Long-Term Operations Criteria and Plan (OCAP).
