“Promoting Excellence and Consensus in Water and Environmental Modeling”
The California Water and Environmental Modeling Forum is a non-profit, non-partisan organization whose
mission is to increase the usefulness of models for analyzing California’s water-related problems. The CWEMF, which was formed in 1994, carries out this mission by:
facilitating an open exchange of information on California water issues;
resolving technical disagreements in a non-adversarial setting; and
ensuring that technical work continues to take into account the needs of stakeholders and decision makers.
